Hi Everyone!

Wow! Long time, no post, huh? Just wanted to let you all know that things are going okay for me. My job is going great (a little stressful at times, but otherwise alright), just no time to blog or even go online at all!! As some of you may know, I've bought my own domain, just haven't had a chance to move anything yet! Will be doing that soon!

We've booked a flight to the US for the first two weeks of November! I'm really looking forward to it! Its been nearly a year since I've been home! Can you believe that Rich and I have been married for nearly a year?!?! I can't! But we have.

I got my birthday/anniversary present! At least, its been bought, it just hasn't arrived yet. We got tickets to see Fleetwood Mac perform in Newcastle on my birthday!! But they aren't just any tickets, they're FRONT ROW CENTRE STAGE tickets!!!!!! I am ecstatic! I soooo can't wait for that!

Well, I guess I should run, lovies, and try to get a bit more of my new website done! Will post the new address when its completed!

Hey hey hey!! I'm back! We got our computer back a few days ago, but I've been so busy I haven't had time to post.

I've got some good news I've got a job! I'm working for a newspaper group in the advertising section. I started last Monday and I absolutely love it! It really is a great job for me!

But, it does mean I won't have time to post very often (which doesn't appear to be a big change from late, lol). I'll still post, I just don't know how often. Also, for the time being, I'll be working on graphics for Starry Eyed Graphics but they may not come very often.

Hi Folks! Well it appears problems never seem to end for me My computer has decided to fry itself. I'm at the library right now to post this. I may be away for quite some time as PC World said it may take up to 6 weeks to repair the computer.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I got a text message on my mobile phone a bit ago telling me that a job interview I had scheduled for Monday has been cancelled because they've filled the position! That makes me so angry! Why schedule the interview if they didn't plan to actually go through with it. Also, if they have to cancel it, why not actually speak to me, rather than texting my phone! So unproffessional!

Well, that's my shoddy week for you! I'll try to pop in next week to update more. Have a great weekend everyone! Bye for now!

Well, please bear (bare?) with me because I'm in the process of moving my blog again. All these banner things on Lycos are driving me up the wall, so I'm going to be moving it again. I'll try to put a redirect on it whenever I move it so that you can find the new blog.

Well, as some of you know, Christina and I met up yesterday I had a really great time! It was so nice to get to spend time with someone who knows what I'm going through being away from home. Now, I know there are a lot of you online going through it, but it was just really nice to actually get to talk to someone in person. We'll probably be getting together again later.

Hmmm...was off to visit some blogs, but my computer is moving sooooooo slowly. So, I guess that means I'll have to visit either later today or wait until tomorrow. My computer is as slow as Christmas sometimes.

Speaking of Christmas, I'm working on some Christmas graphics right now. I know its a bit early for Christmas, but this will be my first Purchaseware set, so I want to be able to work on them as much as I need to get them right! I hope they turn out well

Rich and I had a nice weekend. On Saturday, we took Isabel and went to Newmillardam (a very nice area around a lake that reminds me lots of Georgia. Has a path all the way around it, so its a nice day out for us and the puppy). We had a really nice time and had a meal at the pub located near the lake. On Sunday, we did not much, lol!

Well that's it for me today! There are a few things going on, but I won't mention them now. Just keep good thoughts for me! Big Hugs!

I just need somewhere to blab this to, so this is it (sorry for this). I just can't seem to find the energy to do anything. I don't want to blog, I don't want to be online, I don't want to go to work, or draw graphics, or watch television, or talk to Rich or anything! I don't know what's wrong with me!! I've been trying all afternoon to work on a new webset to use on my blog and to offer for download on my graphics site and I just have a complete blank. I can't think of anything to draw, nor do I even have the desire to do so!!!! I know I've been depressed lately with wanting to go home, but its not even that now. Yes, I want to go home, but I know I'll get to eventually. I'm just losing the will to do anything and I don't know why! Everything bores me. I'm hungry now, but the thought of eating anything just bores me to tears!! There's nothing that I really want...no food that interests me. And knowing that I'll have to cook dinner in a bit is agonizing! I just don't know what's wrong with me.

Sorry, but I just had to say this somewhere and this just happened to be the (un)lucky place.

Yup, I'm still alive! Just not been very chatty lately. Not depressed, just not chatty. Feeling kinda lazy lately. But I did want to let you know I'm okay. I'm still working on the project, although probably not as much as I should. Its still not finished yet, but maybe soon. These Lycos strip things over there -------> are getting on my nerves, so I may look for a new server thingy. Gonna go for now, but may post something later. I'm also looking for some new graphics for this page and I don't really feel like making them, so anyone who knows of some great (free) graphics, let me know!

Just popping in to say that I'm doing fine Rich and I had a really lovely 6 month anniversary. He took me to see Abba Mania which is a performance of Abba songs by a tribute band. It was really really good!! Will give more details later!

I'm still diligently working on the project I mentioned before. Its turning out to be bigger than I expected, lol!! Will let you know when its ready. TTFN!

Still not much to say, lol, but I am feeling a bit better (mentally anyway....my leg is still bothering me pretty badly). I'm going to try to do a bit of blog-hopping this afternoon, but I can't promise how far I'll get. Rich will be home soon, lol!

Erin, you've given me an idea! I'm working on a section called "A Wife's Advice" and I'll let you know the URL as soon as its up. Its all the advice I can give for making your marriage a cheery one, lol! I know that after 6 months I'm not an expert and some people won't agree with what I have to say, but that's why its called advice.....its your opinion of what's right. So that's something to look forward to. Also going to work on a list of my likes and dislikes of the UK since its been nearly a year since I moved here. *Sigh* Time sure has flown.....and I haven't always been having fun, lol! Just doesn't seem like its been that long.....oh, well! Bye 4 now!

Still not much going on here. We're both doing okay, though I seem to have trapped a nerve in my right leg under a disk in my back because it hurts all the time now. Grrr!! No news on Rich's mum's house Friday is our 6 month wedding anniversary and June 2 will be six months since I've been home. Rich and I may be going out Friday night, but not sure yet.

I had a hair cut over the weekend. May try to post a picture later today or tomorrow. Still not in a very chatty mood, but will try to visit some blogs tomorrow!

Yes, please!! I hate to try to eat when someone lights up a cigarette. And I know some smokers would say that's not fair, but I used to smoke and I tried to always be concientious of others and not smoke when they're eating! Most people don't do that.

Not much going on today. The concert was good...I had a good time. Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!!

Lying on a couch is the most wonderfully comfy sensation in the world!! Well....if its a comfy couch....

I'm a barefoot kinda girl, lol!

4. Watching on TV...a classic movie or a reality show?

A classic movie. I sometimes get tired of the reality shows, but never tire of movies!

Bubble bath!!! Oh, I can't wait to get back to Georgia and have a bubble bath in my tub!!! Its one of the really BIG garden tubs and I miss it an awful lot, lol!

7. Furniture: leather, or something more on the fuzzy side?

I like the fuzzier stuff. No offense to you leather lovers out there, but I just don't really like leather furniture. It doesn't seem comfy to me.

I like rock & roll better. I do like classical, but I'd usually rather listen to rock & roll.

9. Darkness or light?

Darkness. I don't really like a lot of light. Even during the day, I only really like muted light.

10. Thought-provoking question of the week: You get married, or otherwise begin cohabitating with a significant other. S/he moves into your place, but brings with them the UGLIEST chair you have ever seen! You really don't want this thing in your home, but SO says it is the most comfy chair s/he has ever sat in, and no way will they part with it. Do you: grin and bear it, or scheme to get rid of the montrosity somehow?

Oh, for crying out loud, he can have the silly chair I have things I like that Rich doesn't and he has things that he likes that I don't, but we compromise because we love one another and we share our life and that means sharing everything....even the stuff that really bugs us, lol!

Hmmm...a toughy, cos I've got lots of friends, but I don't really have a best online friend. I sometimes feel left out, cos I'm one of the few people I know who doesn't have a really really close online friend, lol! If I had to pick someone, it would probably be Gem because I talk to her more often than anyone else, lol!

2. Who is your oldest online friend?

My oldest online friend is Rich, hehehe! After Rich though it would be Jennie. I found her website one day while I was looking up information on online relationships and I emailed her. She introduced me to Lovingyou.com, where I met a lot of the friends I have now.

My newest online friend is Anne. I found her blog through a link on Dayna's blog.

I write my own HTML. Its easier than an editor to me.

Printer paper, some photographs, a stuffed toy frog, computer games, a glass (it had Coca Cola in it a few minutes ago, lol), and some headache medicine.

Hi all.

Well, we got some bad news this weekend. For the moment our trip to the US is off You see, Rich's mum is in the process of selling her house and she is going to pay Rich back some money she owes him. That money is what we're planning to pay for the trip to the US with (among other things it'll be used for). Well, she had a buyer all ready to sign the contract and on Saturday, he pulled out of the deal for some reason. Not sure why, but now we have no buyer, and therefore, no money for a trip home

So, for the time being, we can't plan the trip. As soon as the house sells though, we're going to plan to go to the US for a visit. Hope its soon!!

Rich and I are off to a concert tonight. Nothing big, but we're going to see Laura Cantrell. She's a country music singer, and I'm missing country music some (never thought I'd say that, lol), so we're going to see her. I'm really looking forward to it!!

Happy Friday to you all!!! First of all, let me clarify something from my post yesterday (my husband has said I must tell you this so you don't think he's horrible, lol). Rich does normally iron his own shirts, but since I iron quicker than he does, I did his shirt yesterday morning. There....he should be happy now, lol!!

Ummmm....got to think about this.....I actually think it was BBC news, lol! Ooooh, but will be watching Friends and Baseball tonight!! Got a tip from a forum I joined for American expats that Channel 5 shows baseball on Friday nights!!! Yay!!!!!

Um...*blush*....I think it was actaully about England and it was to Rich.....it was because I was feeling very homesick, so I complained about the thing easiest to complain about - the country.

LOL....it was Isabel (the doggy-pogs!!) and I told her how sweet and pretty she is and how good a dog she had been Prior to that it was Rich and I told him how proud I was to call him my husband

Our trash from lunchtime. Threw it in the bin near where we sat.

Happy Thursday to you all!!

Not much going on in my little world today. The day started off badly with me oversleeping and then Rich discovering he had no shirts ironed. Thus, I had to dash downstairs and iron him a shirt, making myself late for my shower and winding up about 20 minutes late to work. Wonderful. What a way to make an impression, huh?

Anyway, its better now I had lunch with Rich and now I'm home blog hopping. Got to let everyone know about the URL change. I just got tired of it being where it was, so I moved it. I like the look now, as well and I drew the graphics again. Took me a bloody long time, but here they are!

Okay, so the news that I've not been sharing is that it looks like we may get to go home for a visit in June!!!! I'm soooooooo excited, but nothing is final yet, so I'm trying to stay calm. Actually, if things go as planned, we'll be leaving for the US the day before Julie leaves to come to England, lol Only, we won't be staying as long. From the end of June (26 June) til the middle of July (12 July) if things go as planned. Which means Rich will get to spend his first 4th of July in the US!!! Hopefully, we'll be going to see the Atlanta Braves play the Montreal Expos that night!! Yay for baseball, lol!!

Speaking of country holidays, I hope everyone had a great St. George's Day yesterday!! I had a bar of Cadbury's chocolate (although, actually the puppy licked it when I went to get a drink, so I only got a little of it before having to throw it away ) to celebrate. Hehe....what a sacrifice .

Sorry I didn't post the Wednesday Wish yesterday. It was a really busy day and I was really very tired yesterday evening! So here it is now!

Easy question. Franklin D. Roosevelt was a much better president. He started Social Security, he helped the US to move out of the depression, he led our country through most of WWII (until he passed away), and the United Nations was his idea (even if the idiots who run it today are screwing it into the dirt!! But that's another story). Abraham Lincoln was a crap president; he just gets good props for abolishing slavery. The one good thing he did and everyone thinks he's a saint. Any president of the time could have done the same thing, he just happened to be the lucky one sitting in the President's chair at the time.

Hi Everyone

Hope everyone is having a great week! I may have some news. I won't say its good yet, because there is still a lot of work to be done before we know anything for sure.....BUT.....Rich and I viewed a house last night that we really really like! Its a 2 bedroom house and its a lot bigger than most of the houses we've seen (much bigger than I expected it to be), and it has a very nice garden so Isabel would have somewhere to play!

The only problem is that its about £7000 more than we've been told we can get for a mortgage. However, we've only seen one Independent Financial Advisor, so we're going to set up an appointment with a few others, as well as our bank and see what we can do. We may be able to get them to come down on the price of the house by £3000 or so, but that would be about it, so we still need to find an extra £4000. So, no need to get too excited yet, because we may not be able to do anything on the house. I'll try to keep you informed with what's going on though! Keep your fingers crossed for us

I've got to try to get Gem's birthday gift in the mail today!! Tomorrow is her birthday , so everyone pop on over and wish her a Happy Birthday!

Not much else happening.....I've been having problems with bus drivers again but I don't really feel like talking about it. Back in a minute with the This-or-That Tuesday!

Here's my Wednesday Wish (yes, I know its late, lol):

You receive in the mail an envelope containing two tickets. The tickets could be for anything (a show, concert, flight, etc). What do you wish the tickets to be for?

Right now I just wish the tickets were 2 plane tickets to Georgia!! I'm missing home tremendously right now. Just want to see my family....its been 4 months today since I've seen them. Oh, well, maybe soon!

Didn't actually get to see the doctor on Tuesday....since I haven't yet registered with a doctor in the UK, we went to a Walk-In Centre where we waited 50 minutes to be told that there were only nurses there and they couldn't prescribe medication. So a wasted trip. In the meantime, we've got a list of doctors and are trying to get registered with one. My cough is better today, but I seem to be losing my voice again I can't seem to win! Fingers crossed, though, I'll soon be back to normal!!

Right....I give up. I can't seem to shake this flu that's taken hold of me, so I'm off this afternoon to see a doctor. *Yuck* I hate doctors!!! But I can't seem to breathe very well anymore. Saw a pharmacist on Saturday to see what he recommended and he said I had a chest infection and needed to see a doctor. Cough medicine and flu medicine isn't working, so I guess its gonna take some antibiotics to get rid of it.

I haven't even been able to dancercize much lately. No breath!! I get started, but have to stop because I'm too exhausted and out of air to continue. On the plus side though, I've lost 6 pounds from being sick and the muscles in my stomach have tightened up from coughing. I told Rich that it may be painful, but its exercise!! LOL

Pulled a muscle in my back though, which wasn't good....again from coughing....oh, well!

We had a very lovely Mother's Day in England on Sunday. We went to Rich's mum's and I made dinner. It was a good day

May have some good news later in the week, but gonna keep quite about it for now....don't want to jinx it!!

Hehe...again, both. I love Shakespeare!! The Tempest was an amazing bit of work as well as his other stuff, but I love children's literature (Literature was my major at University, lol....British literature to be exact and I think Dr. Seuss is one of the best children's authors to ever write!

8. TV: PBS or A&E?

Ummm....A&E. A tough choice because PBS does all of the British shows (well, except for what BBC America does, lol) and when I'm in the US I like to watch them, but A&E has all of the fun, interesting programs like Columbo, Miss Marple, and Poirot, not to mention lots of others!

9. Music: Beethoven or Beatles?

Got to be the Beatles. Although I love all kinds of music, I like classical less then timeless rock-n-roll. Besides, its the Beatles!! LOL

10. Thought-provoking question of the week: You are a contributing member of your favorite art museum, and visit on a regular basis. They announce a new, temporary special exhibit by an artist surrounded by controversy...this person's work and/or political views offend you. Do you stop supporting the museum, or just stay away during the time the exhibit is there?

I don't stop supporting the museum, I just don't go during the time the exhibit is there. There are lots of things I don't agree with (i.e. protests and rallies against the war on Iraq), but I just don't attend them. Then I don't have to be bothered by it!

Older, classic variety....I'm more of a Monet or De Vinci kinda girl

3. Sculptures or paintings?

Paintings....I like to paint and I like to look at paintings and meditate on them. I find it easier to really think about a painting than a sculpture.

4. Theatre: exuberant musical or serious drama?

MUSICAL!!!!!!! I'm a drama girl (it was my minor at college, lol, and what I hope to do long-term is own an acting school for children) and I love to sing!! Although I like dramas, I really really enjoy a rousing musical

5. Ballet or modern dance?

Both. I love dance as well and I can't make a decision between modern dance or ballet. I think ballet is very graceful and beautiful to watch, and I'm amazed by their ability. But I also think that modern dance takes talent and some of the moves are amazingly presented!

6. Movies: major studio or indie?

Sorry to be a bit of a sell out, but I'm more of a major studio movie type chick I just can't get into most indie flicks.....some of them are good, I admit, but most just don't capture my attention!

Hi all!! Well I decided to go ahead and use another image host for a bit until the other one is back up. Just popping in to see that the new graphics are up!! If you like the set, you can find it at Starry Eyed Graphics.

Just to point out that Gem asked me to put up a link (her page isn't working at the moment, but should be soon!!) where you can go and make dedications to the soldiers in the Gulf. That link is here. Be sure to go and let our soldiers know that we support them and are greatful for what they do!! They risk their lives for our freedom....the least you can do is take a few minutes to let them know you're thinking of them!! This is directed more towards British soldiers, but I think American soldiers may here it too.

Also, Kamie had listed a link on her blog where you could go and sign a thank you letter for the American soldiers who are fighting in the Gulf. You can find that link here. No matter your feelings on the issues, our troops are there nonetheless and they need to know we support them!

As for the issues at hand, I will resort only to saying that after the developments of the last couple of days (finding the chemical weapons factory in Iraq, and the Iraqis parading the American POWs in front of the cameras and dragging the soldiers' bodies they had murdered....not in battle, but shot point-blank), I think its proof enough that Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair did the right thing. I hope now that the UN and the countries and people in general who were against this conflict will look back at their actions and feel ashamed.

Ooops, forgot to post that I've finally started exercising in hopes of losing some weight I bought a dancercize tape the other day and so far I've dancercized for 1 1/2 hours! That's a lot for me!! I thought that I needed to get something that I liked to do (and I LOVE to dance!!) or else I'd have no motivation to exercise, so.....wish me luck!!

Hi there Well, I'm still not feeling wonderful, but at least I think I'm on the mend now....really, lol!! I still don't have much of a voice (nearly a week now without being able to talk properly!!!! Ughhhh!!!!) and I'm still coughing quite a bit, but maybe I'll soon be better.

I had planned to try to update my blog with my new Easter set, but it appears that the host for my graphics is not working . They seem to be "updating" their site. Which means no new graphics until March 29.......unless I find a new server to host my graphics, or I move to a new blog. Will make a decision and let you know!! In the meantime, I think I'm going to add the new graphics I've made to my graphics site!! I've got loads to add . Cheers!!

Ughhhhh!!! I hate having the flu I feel awful!! I'm actually in the stages of getting over it, but I have absolutely no voice today. I can't talk!!! Which is really hard for me, considering talking is one of my great joys in life, lol!!

Hmmm....I think I would want my children to have my ability to make friends with most people. I think that's one of the things that has gotten me through life. Either that or I'd like them to have my conviction about things. No matter if what I think about an issue is the correct thought or not, I can always defend what I think and I don't change my mind about things. I'm a very determined person!

Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes for Rich!! He said to thank all of you!!

Well, we've had the flu here, so we haven't been up to much. Rich hasn't been to work yesterday or today. I've been both days, but haven't really felt like it. Luckily we're both feeling better this evening. Rich is going back to work tomorrow. We're even feeling good enough to consider going to the cinema to see Maid in Manhattan. Not sure if we'll go or not though. Any way, here's the Wednesday Wish.

You're driving in your car, minding all road rules and regulations, when out of nowhere a car pulls out in front of you! You have no time to stop and you hit the other vehicle. Fortunately, both you and the other driver are fine, with no injuries except some minor bruising. However, your car is a mess!! Damaged beyond repair. Today must be your lucky day though, because the other driver is none other than Mel Gibson!! He wishes to avoid a scandal with the media, so he tells you that he will buy you a brand new car of your choice and pay for insurance for the next 5 years (by which time you'll want a new vehicle anyway!) if you'll say the accident was your fault. Do you agree? And if so, what is your car wish?

Yup...I agree very very quickly, lol!! My car wish would be for a Nissan Pathfinder. I've wanted one for soooo long! Its definitely the car Rich and I are going to look at when we go back to the States.

Hi, hi, hi!! Hope everyone is doing well! Just checking in to let you all know I'm still alive, lol. Rich and I have an appointment this afternoon with a financial advisor because........we've decided to buy a house!!!!! Yes, I know we're planning to move back the the US and you may be asking yourself "if Lynn and Rich are moving back to the US, why are they buying a house in the UK?" Its because I'm tired of throwing money to the wind, which is what I feel like we're doing by paying rent. This way, we're making an investment and will see some sort of return on it. When we move to the US, we'll sell the house, or, if the housing market is in a depression, we'll rent the house out. Either way, we see our money back. So, we're off today to find out what kind of mortgage we can afford. Wish us luck!!! I may be back later to do the Tuesday This-or-That. I just finished reading a really well-written book called The Dream Solution by Bernard O'Mahoney. It tells the story of a pair of sisters in London who were convicted in 1992 (?) for the murder of Alison Shaunessy and then appealed their conviction and were released in 1993. Bernard worked to help get their conviction overturned only to find out later that they really had murdered Alison. Its a really good book.....I would definitely recommend it! Oh, and if you're wondering how the two were connected to the victim, one of the sisters was having an affair with Alison's husband. The most horrible thing to me is that the two of them were released and now can never be tried again It just makes me so mad to think about it!!! They're now both mother's who live in Kent (according to Mr. O'Mahoney's site). Really pisses me off!! (Excuse my language)

I know its not Friday, but here is a late edition of the Friday Five.

1. What is your most prized material possession?

My wedding ring. I don't think that needs any more explanation

2. What item, that you currently own, have you had the longest?

Ummmm....hmmmm.......uhhhh.....Well, in Georgia (I still own the stuff....its just in another country!), I have a porcelain doll that I've had since I was 8 I think. That would make it 16 years old. Oh, but wait!!! I just remembered that I have a doll that I got when I was 4 (making it 20 years old) that was all cloth (stuffed with cotton) and pink. Her name is Pink Baby (hey, I was 4 what do you expect?). That was my favorite doll ever!! The oldest thing I have with me in England is probably my luggage (I've had it for about 8 years).

3. Are you a packrat?

This question should be answered with a loud, resounding YES!!!!! I keep EVERYTHING!!! Its really bad sometimes, but that's just me

4. Do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum?

Clutter is necessary. Not a lot, but enough that the house looks lived in. I hate houses that you go in and they look as though they're expecting the Queen for lunch. They just don't look natural. I don't have a problem with a clean house, but I think you should still have a few little things about so that the family looks human.

5. Do the rooms in your house have a theme? Or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there?

No theme. Our rooms just have things we like in them. We just try to make them reflect our personality!

Okay, so I thought I would try the Thursday Thumb-Twiddler. I don't usually do this one, but I thought I'd give it a go....

1. How responsible are you for the happiness of others?

Hmmm...a tricky question. Well I believe that everyone is responsible for their own happiness. I don't feel anyone can MAKE you happy...I think that something you have to do for yourself. Happiness comes from within you, not from outside things. On the other hand, I always try to do positive things to make other people feel good. I don't think I can make them feel happy, but I at least want to make them feel good when they're around me.

2. Where's the strangest place you've ever been?

Another tough question. Gonna have to think about this one......well, this is not really original, but we went to an aquarium last August (don't remember the name....somewhere between Manchester and Liverpool, near Chesire Oaks) and we went in this tunnel thing with glass seperating you from the water where the fish are sort of swimming all around you. It was really cool, but very strange.....I really liked it though

3. If you could only do vacation travel (a) to places you've been to before, or (b) to places you've never been before, which would you choose?

Places I've never been. I don't even have to think about that one. I want to see the entire world, although I know I won't ever have the chance!! That would be so amazing! I love different places and would love to visit them all!

Hi Everyone!!

Well, I've changed my blog look again Hope you like it! I've drawn all of the graphics again, and if you'd like the set, it will soon be available in my graphics site, Starry Eyed Graphics.

Rich and I had a very nice Valentine's, thanks for all the comments We decided that since it would be so busy, we would stay home and have a nice homemade meal. (We'll go out for Rich's birthday next month instead. Yay!!) I made steak marinated in red wine and onion sauce, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower in cheese, and a bottle of rose' wine. We also had candles and just had a very romantic evening at home

Well, my 2 week temping job has now come to an end. I got the wonderful reference from the employer, which I was very grateful for. I'm now temping again, but only in the mornings now, for a Mental Health Crisis Team. Today was my first day, but I really like it so far. I am still looking for a permanent job though, and maybe something will come along soon!

Ooops! Sorry I haven't been back sooner!! I've just been soooo busy!! The job is going wonderfully and my boss has said she will write me a glowing reference to take with me when I leave Yay!! That should hopefully help me to get a permanent job soon. Just keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Hi all!! Well, it appears that my tag-board finally decided to start working correctly yesterday afternoon. I know that you could all see it the whole time, but it wouldn't work here for some reason. Anyway, its back now.

I've got great news! I'VE GOT A TEMPORARY JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, starting Monday, for the next 2 weeks, I'm going to be filling in for one of the girls whose gone on holiday/vacation at a Graphic Design Equipment company. Yay!!! I'll get my first paycheck on Valentine's Day So, although Rich and I still won't be able to go away for the weekend, we're going out for a fancy meal Yay!!!

Also, I have another job interview tomorrow afternoon for a permanent job, so wish me luck!! That's about all of my news. Hope you all have a wonderful evening!! 1. What is one thing you don't like about your body?

My stomach. 'Nough said

2. What are two things you love about your body?

My legs and my eyes. I really like my eyes...I think they're my best feature. And, not to sound conceited, but even I have to admit (and you really don't know how hard I am on myself about my looks!) I have really good legs

3. What are three things you want to change about your home?

Ooooooh, I want to paint the walls or put up wallpaper in most of the rooms; I want to change the carpet (cos I don't like the carpet we have), and I'd like some new furniture for the living room. I hate the couch and chair that came with this house when we rented it. They're really horrible!!! We probably will redo the wall-paper in at least a couple of the rooms (Isabel helped take some down, lol), but the rest I'll just have to deal with!

4. What are four books you want to read this year?

Oooooh, good question Hmmm....well, definitely Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix (due out June 21 in the UK!!) and Daddy's Little Girl by Marry Higgins Clark.....possibly Night Watch by Terry Prachett and High Fidelity by Nick Hornby. Lots of others as well!!

5. What are five promises you have kept to yourself?

Oh, gosh....what a hard question! Um....well, I promised myself I would be brave about coming back to the UK after being home and I did that okay. I promised myself I would find a job and I'm looking very hard. I promised myself I would try to lose weight and I've started eating better and am going to join Weight Watchers. I promised myself I would work harder on learning to draw graphics and I recently opened my very own graphics shop. And I promised myself I wouldn't miss any episode of Friends this season and so far I'm doing pretty good

Well, its Saturday again Rich is working again today (Boo!!!), but at least that'll give me some time to work on his Valentine's page and tidy up my blog some! I think I'm going to move all of my blinkies to my adoptions site. That way, my page will look tidier, lol!

My back is hurting soooooooo badly today I'm not sure what I've done to it, but it really doesn't feel good at all! May have to lie down later and rest it a bit.

We're supposed to go with Rich's Dad and step-mother to a Snow Man Drive tonight. I really have no idea what a Snow Man Drive is, but we said okay anyway, so there you go I'll let you all know what a Snow Man Drive is later.

To answer all the questions about how Chicago was....it was amazing!!! I really enjoyed the movie and would definitely recommend it to everyone!! Its filmed really well and the music numbers are great Okay....back later (maybe)!! Bye 4 now!!

Good morning everyone Sorry I haven't been around for the last few days. I just thought I needed a bit of a break from blogging. I've also been working on drawing some more graphics for my website. Soon, I promise!! I'll have it open soon!

Well, Thursday when Rich got home, he could tell I was feeling a bit blue.......so that evening, he took me to McDonald's and bought me a Happy Meal (yes, I know I was complaining about my weight, but it was a sweet gesture all the same) and then took me to see the opening night of Chicago!!! I just have the sweetest husband in the world

Not much happened Friday, and on Saturday we had a power cut, so I couldn't get on the computer much on Saturday. I rearranged our living room and did some housecleaning when the power came back on. So, just really a housework day, lol! Then yesterday, I spent most of the day drawing. So, all in all, an uneventful weekend. Hope everyone else had a wonderful weekend!! I'm going to try to make my rounds today to all of my reads, so I'll see you there

I am very upset today I got a letter today from the Solicitor's office I had an interview at last week and they were "sorry to inform me that I had been unsuccessful in my interview". I just feel so useless!!! I really need to find a job, but I don't feel like I'll ever find one

On a slightly happier note, I also had my interview today for my National Insurance number and hopefully I'll have that sometime in the next 12 weeks. That's a lond time, but at least its some sort of progress.

I'm just feeling awful, though, about not being able to find a job and I'm feeling low about my weight. I really really need to shed a few pounds. I walk everyday though to meet Rich for lunch (a little over a mile each day) and I don't eat that much (only once during the day....when I meet Rich....and moderately at night) but still I can't seem to lose any weight. Its not helping that I'm so depressed lately either I just wish things would start going better!

Again on a slightly happier note....I hope to be able to unveil my new graphics site in a couple of days!! I am at least a little excited about that. I've been working very hard on making these graphics, so I hope you'll all like them Until later....have a great day!!

(Cont'd from previous post.......grrrr, again.........maybe I should write a complaint?.....not that they'd read it)

After we finished our phone call, I made some dinner for Rich and I and then we went off for quiz night We're in the quiz league, but this was only the 2nd quiz I had done with the team. So, you could imagine my happiness when the first round was "American Presidents and US Politics"!!! I knew the answers to all but one of the questions that round. I actually had a very good night last night, getting most of my questions correct!!

When we left there, we got a ride home from Rich's friend, Jeff and his wife Pat. Along the way, we started talking about singing and I sang a bit for them. Then, Jeff proposed that I join his band!!! I was totally shocked and very happy So, next time I see him, we're going to set up a time for Rich and I to go round and let me practice with them!!

All in all, it was a really good day Oooh, also had a couple of calls from the Employment Agencies!! They're supposed to call me back today and hopefully I'll have some more interviews!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway I'm going to try to work my way round to all of my daily reads today!! If for some reason I miss yours today, I'll be round tomorrow!! Have a great day!!

Okay, so what I was saying was about how good my day was yesterday I woke up yesterday morning and came downstairs to iron Rich's clothes for work. When I had finished that, I came back upstairs. Well, as Rich was going out the door, he picked up the mail, which had already run (which is unusual, as it usually only runs after 9:30 am). Guess what had come? My new copy of Paint Shop Pro 7!!!! So, I spent a good portion of the day yesterday playing on it

When I finally decided to come downstairs, I gave my friend Gem a ring We had a lovely long chat and it was really special because, although we've known one another for quiet some time, this was the first time we had actually spoken properly!! It was really nice to talk to a friend (Thank you Gem for a wonderful chat!! )

Rich is at work today. I hate it when he works on weekends, but I know that he gets paid overtime when he works on Saturdays and I know its a help. I just miss him and want to spend time with him. Anyway, he gets off at 2, so that's not so bad. We're going to an ice cream shop this afternoon to have chocolate sundays Yum!! Then we're going to take Isabel for a long walk in the park and then, tonight, we're going round to Rich's Dad's house. We're having a meal with them tonight

I've decided to make Rich a special Valentine's page on our website as part of his Valentine's gift. I want to adopt some cute things for him and make a few little things. I just want to show him how much I love him! So, if anyone knows any really good adoption sites, please let me know what they are!!

Thanks so much to everyone for your encouraging words. I know I'll be feeling better soon. I'm not real sure what's been wrong with me except that I'm feeling a bit lonely when Rich is at work and wanting to be out, but with no where to go. I hope I find a job soon so that I can go and do that. Isabel is lovely and sweet and great company, but its hard to carry on a conversation with her, lol....she's just too quiet! Hi all!! Okay...let's see....well, today I've taken my demo tape by the radio station!!! Hopefully I'll hear from them sometime in the next week or so!! Keep your fingers crossed for me I'm almost ready for my interview tomorrow! The outfit I've planned to wear needs a button re-sewed onto it, so I'll need to do that tonight. But otherwise, I'm ready to go!

I also bought a magazine today called Mind, Body, Spirit. Gem had mentioned it in her blog the other day, so I thought I would check it out. I had to look in 5 newsagents to find it though, so it must be pretty popular!! I'm really excited about it Not much other news.....guess I'll be back tomorrow!!

The human tongue tastes bitter things with the taste buds toward the back. Salty and pungent flavors are tasted in the middle of the tongue, sweet flavors at the tip.

Whew!! Today has been one busy day!! First off, Rich had set his alarm clock for 7 am, but it failed to go off. We woke up at 7 minutes until 8 am!! Which meant we were running an hour late!!! I had to hurry downstairs and iron Rich's shirt for work while he was getting ready, then I had to get him off, and then come get myself ready. I was supposed to take the 9:30 bus to my father- and step-mother-in-law's house. Instead, I had to wait and get the 10:30 bus. I was supposed to be using their stereo to record a demo tape for the radio station I mentioned a few days ago. When I finally got there, I discovered that we didn't have an adapter for the microphone!! So, that means that I'll have to go back tomorrow and record the demo. In the meantime, my step-mother-in-law gave me a ride back to our house. I made sandwiches for Rich and I and met him in town for lunch (as I normally do). Since I've come home, I've spoken to my Mom, put a load of clothes onto wash, started dinner (we're having home-made vegetable soup), and came upstairs to do some work online. I've got a webpage I need to get up, so I have to work on that. Also, we're going out tonight for quiz night, so we have to leave hear at 6 pm!! So, an extremely busy day!!

By the way, did anyone else see a program on Channel 5 (I think) last night called "Dumber and Dumber"? That was the most offensive television show I've ever seen!! The program was clips of these people who do really dumb and dangerous things (i.e. starting avalanches so they could go x-treme downhill skiing, jumping off of a building not tall enough to allow them to open their parachute) and it was supposed to be funny. Not only did I not find it amusing, but it seemed as though every clip was about Americans!! At one point in time, one of the presenters even said "That was a bit dumb, but what else can you expect from an American."!! Excuse me!! That is horribly offensive!! I kept waiting for a clip from anywhere other than America, but there were none. I mean, come on....even some British people have been known to do things like that! Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall there being programs on in the US about "Look how dumb Brits are". Has anyone else ever seen a show like that? I understand now why some Brits think what they think about Americans. If that's all they're ever shown, what else can they think? Makes me so

I hope I didn't offend any British people out there with my tirade. I know that most British people aren't dumb, but neither are most Americans. It just really bothers me to see any sort of program that makes fun of someone's nationality. I would have felt the same had I been in the US and the show had been about Brits.

Today has been a lazy lazy day for us. We had a lie in this morning, then got up and played on the computer a while. Tonight we're going to watch some football (soccer) and a movie that I've seen, but Rich hasn't called Kiss The Girls. I really like the movie, so I'm interested to see Rich's reaction to it. Its about a girl who is kidnapped by a serial killer, but manages to escape and help the police track down the killer. Very, very good. Its based on a book by James Patterson who you may know as the author of another recent movie Along Came a Spider. Kiss The Girls is the sequel to Along Came a Spider and both hover around the career of Detective Alex Cross. It should be a good night

Hehe...well, I figured out what the problem with PSP 7 was.....my trial period is up!! Doh!!! Oh, well....so, I've been looking around all day to find the best value I could and on Ebay UK I found a copy that was being sold for £6.50!!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! The seller had several copies of it (they are legal, liscensed copies, so no telling me off!) and he was selling them for a very inexpensive price. VERY INEXPENSIVE! So, anyway, I bid on one of them and will be receiving my copy in a few days!! How great is that?? I'm ecstatic!!

So, as you can tell, I've added some new linkie blinkies to other sites today. Only problem is that my computer, for some reason, will only save images as .bmp unless I specifically type .gif.....and then it won't save animated graphics. So some of the blinkies I've added don't blink. And that is REALLY frustrating!! I've tried turning the computer off and starting it again, but with no luck. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know!!!!!!

Good Morning! Its Friday!!! YAY!!! Time for the Friday Five.

1. Do you wear any jewelry? What kind?

Yes. I wear a watch, my wedding band, my engagement ring, and earrings. I used to wear a beautiful bracelet that Rich gave me for my birthday in 2001, but its broken and needs to be repaired.

2. How often do you wear it?

I never take my wedding ring and engagement ring off, I rarely take my earrings out, and I wear my watch everyday.

3. Do you have any piercings? If so, where?

Yes, I have 2 holes in my left ear, 3 holes in my right ear (1 of them is in the cartilage), and I have my tongue pierced.

4. Do you have any tattoos? If so, where?

I don't have any tattoos, but I almost got a tattoo about 3 years ago. It was a ladybug.

5. What are your plans for the weekend?

Well, tonight I'm going to fix a meal for Rich and I and we'll probably watch television for a while and have an early night. Tomorrow, we have to do a bit of shopping and we'll tidy the house some and just rest a bit. No plans for Sunday yet, but we'll probably make those tomorrow!

I hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday!! I've been updating my blog some today....still got lots to do, though. I want to make some more graphics, but I'm having a problem with Paint Shop Pro :( I've got to try to figure out what the problem is. I still have some personalized blinkies I need to make for people! Hopefully though, everything will be working again soon.

Rich and I have some shopping to do tonight. We have to go to the supermarket because our fridge is empty!! LOL...we've been away so much over the holidays that we didn't want to stock up until after they were over. So tonight, we're off to do some shopping. I really enjoy going grocery shopping with Rich. Its such a couply thing to do :) I really am a sap, aren't I? LOL....Oh, well :) I'm happy anyway!

I'm working on getting up a page with 100 facts about me on it :D I've seen these pages on several other blogs, so I thought I'd do one as well. Only, its really really hard to think of 100 facts about myself, lol! So far, I have 89, so I need to think of another 11. Then I'll let you know the address to the page so that you can all see it. Although, I doubt anyone is really that interested in knowing about me, lol!

I'm thinking of opening a new website with some graphics that I've made. I think it would free up some room on mine and Rich's website. I really enjoy drawing these graphics and I think I'd like to start making some background sets for other people to use. The set that I'll be using on my 100 things page is one that I drew, so we'll see what people think about it.

Still looking for a job, but without much success. I do have one really good prospect with a radio station. I have to make a demo tape to take by to them on Monday. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me!! I really hope to get a job soon so that we can start saving up money to pay for Rich's visa to the US, our blessing, my mom's visit to the UK, and, hopefully, for a couple of holidays :D We're hoping to be able to go away for the weekend of Valentine's next month. I think it would be really nice to get away a bit. Just Rich and I. We haven't had a lot of time together in the last few months when we haven't either been with other people, or been so busy we could barely breathe! It'll be nice to have some time with no worries just to spend doting on each other :)

Well, I think I'm going to go surf online for a bit. I may post some more in a little while!!

Another short post today. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! LOL....Rich and I are going to his mum's house again tonight. We're going out to the pubs around the village. Tonight is Fancy Dress (costumes for all the Americans, lol) night, so Rich and I decided we would dress up. Due to my new haircut, we've decided to go as Velma Kelly and Billy Flynn from the film and the broadway musical Chicago. I'm really excited!! No trivia today, but will have that back soon! I'm blogging late today, because I've been quite busy today. This will be just a short post tonight. Rich and I had a wonderful Christmas :) Thank you to everyone for the tags and comments. I hope you all had a great Christmas! I'll go into more detail about it later.

I got my hair cut today. Its kind of a cross between Velma Kelly (Catherine Zeta-Jones) and Roxie Hart (Renee Zellweger) a la Chicago. I took some photos of it, but they aren't very good. Our webcam has been acting up. Anyway, you can view the photos here and here. I did have them on the page, but it doesn't seem to be loading too well, so you can see them by clicking on the links.

TODAY IN HISTORY:

Last post before Christmas. Just to let you know, I probably won't be online for the next few days. We'll be at my Mother-in-law's house for the Christmas holidays and won't return to our home until Sunday. So it will probably be Monday before I'm back. I have loads of stuff to do today, so I won't be able to do the things on my blog that I wanted to. Rest assured, I'll be getting up the linkie blinkies I don't have on Monday. Also, for those who are waiting on personalized blinkies....I promise, you'll have them by Tuesday at the latest!!

Okay....onto the Tuesday This-or-That!!

1. Opening presents...rip 'em open with all abandon, or carefully open, preserving the pretty paper for recycling?

Difinitely carefully opening. Its not so much that I want to recycle the paper (although I usually do, lol), but I just cannot stand to tear paper. Just one of my pet peaves.

2. Do you and yours take turns, opening one gift at a time, or does everyone just rip into everything at the same time?

Well, my family usually take turns, but Rich's family just all go at one time. Not sure yet how Rich and I will do it with our children (when we have them), but I like the idea of taking turns....that way, you get to see what everyone else got ;)

3. If you get something you don't like...do you try to return it, or keep it so as not to hurt the giver's feelings?

I always keep things.....even if I don't like them. I figure I'll eventually use it, or someone else will come along and fall in love with it and I can just hand it over.

4. Do you spend the holiday at home (yours or someone else's), or do you go out and eat, see the newest movie, whatever?

At home. Whether with my family, Rich's family, or just at our house, I think we'll always do it this way. I just don't like the idea of going out.....it doesn't seem very cheerful to me. I like being with family :)

5. What do you do with Christmas cards after the holiday is over? Save them, or toss them?

Well, this is a toughy, because I save them, but Rich throws them out. So, its a bit of a war over what happens to them, lol!!

6. Cook Christmas dinner, or does someone else do that?

I've never actually cooked Christmas dinner myself. Its always been my mom or sister, or Rich's mum. I'm actually looking forward to a couple of years down the road when I'll have to cook Christmas dinner myself. I think I'll enjoy it :D

7. It's Christmas Eve, and you have run out of wrapping paper. Do you go out and buy more, or wrap the rest of the gifts in the Sunday comics?

I go buy more....although the thought of me actually running out of wrapping paper is funny. I always buy way too much wrapping paper. Its a bit of a running joke about the amounts of wrapping paper that always wind up in my closet after Christmas!

8. On Christmas morning...up at the crack of dawn, eagerly anticipating the loot...or would you rather sleep in?

I'd probably rather sleep in, but I know I won't get to. Everyone else will be too excited for that. Its not that I don't look forward to Christmas.....its just that I need my sleep, lol!!

9. Do you want a white or a green Chrismas?

I WANT A WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!!!! (Just hoping the good Lord was listening there, lol) We're expecting a green Christmas here in sunny England, though :) Its decided to warm up quite a bit the last couple of days and the forecast is calling for sunshine tomorrow.

10. Going to church on Christmas...yes or no?

No.....Rich is not very religious and even though I do have strong beliefs, I don't want to go by myself. Besides, my beliefs are pretty much my own and combine bits of all sects and religions, so I don't think I'd really feel comfortable anywhere. I will, however, have some quite time to meditate and think of how the Lord has blessed me and my family.

Well, now, I know its not Tuesday, but I'm going to do the Tuesday This-Or-That anyway. Here goes....

1. Christmas dinner: turkey or ham (or something else)?

Both. LOL....I know that sounds greedy, but we've always had both for Christmas. I know that this year we probably will only have Turkey, cos I'll be celebrating with Rich's family, but in my heart, I'll be eating ham as well, lol!!

2. Candy canes or chocolate?

Chocolate, definitely. I like candy canes, but nothing compares to chocolate!

3. Fruit basket or fruitcake?

Fruit basket. Sorry if I offend anyone, but fruitcake is just the nastiest stuff!!! *Yuck* I really hate it!!

4. Mulled cider or mulled wine?

Mulled cider. I like wine, but not as much as I like cider!

5. Eggnog or hot chocolate?

Again, both!! I really like eggnog, but I gotta have my chocolate!! So, I'll just have a cup of both, please!

6. Holiday cookies: homemade or store-bought?

Definitely homemade!! I may try to bake some cookies myself this year. I love homemade cookies!

7. Roasting chestnuts or popping corn?

Never roasted chestnuts, so I guess I'd have to say popping corn. I really like popcorn and it does go nice with Christmas =)

8. On the buffet table: veggie platter or cheese tray?

I guess a cheese tray. I like veggies, but I prefer my veggies to be hot. I've never been much of a raw veggie eater.

9. Apple or pumpkin pie?

Apple!! Gotta be American about it, lol!!

10. Christmas Day breakfast: before or after gift-opening?

After gift-opening!! I mean, what's the point of eating before you get your gifts anyway? Its not as though you would actually taste anything you ate before you found out what your gifts were, lol!!

Anyway, that's my This-Or-That! I am now going to go and try to upload some wedding photos to our MSN group!! I'll come back and post when they are uploaded!

When we got back home, we spent the rest of our time in the US celebrating Thanksgiving with my family and spending time with them before we had to leave. On the day we left, my mom and other brother took us to the airport in Atlanta. We were to fly from Atlanta to Chicago, and then from Chicago to Manchester. The flight leaving Atlanta going to Chicago was delayed due to weather in Chicago, so we missed our connecting flight!! And there is only 1 flight leaving Chicago going to Manchester per day, so we had to spend the night in a hotel. We got a discount on it, but still had to pay for our room. The flight for the next day was booked, so we were worried we wouldn't be able to get home then either, but there was a flight coming into Chicago from Las Vegas that was delayed by 2 hours, so there were 67 people who wouldn't make their flight, therefore, we (and everyone else who had missed the flight from the day before) were able to get that flight. Also, we were bumped up from Economy to New Economy due to the inconvenience.

When we got home, we found out that our computer wasn't working again. So we had to call an engineer to fix the problem and it was just yesterday that they were able to get the problem repaired. Hopefully now we'll have no more troubles.

Rich was off work sick yesterday and I've had a bad cold as well. I think we may have a touch of flu. Yuck!! He's back in work today and I'm online trying to get caught up on things :D I've redone the graphics on my blog (as you can tell, lol) and am going to try to make a page with Christmas blinkies!! I'll let you know when I get those gathered!

I've been job hunting since I got back to the UK. No luck so far, but hopefully something will come up soon!! I'll be sure to keep you informed!! Got to go get ready to meet Rich for lunch, but may be back later!! Bye 4 now!!

Hello Again!! LOL....Well, Rich and I have finally made it back home and have our computer repaired. Lots of things to mention from the last month, lol!! First of all, as mentioned previously, I am now Mrs. Lynn :D The wedding went wonderfully. We had a coule of mishaps with the music, but nothing very bad. I had planned to post the photos today, but my hubby has taken the photo album to work, so it will have to be tomorrow! Sorry about that to all those who are waiting on photos!

Let's see....some details about the wedding. Well, I had 3 attendents; my sister was my Matron of Honor, my step-niece was a bridesmaid, and my niece was the flower girl. Rich didn't have any attendents. My Dad walked me down the aisle and gave me away. My best friend from High School, Kristy, held the bride's book for me. We had 2 passages read at our wedding, one by my mom and one by a friend of the family. Rich got a surprise between our vows and the exchanging of the rings, because I sang to him!! I sang "At The Beginning" by Richard Marx and Donna Lewis. I almost started crying during the song and Rich had tears come to his eyes, as well. We didn't have many guests (about 20), but we did have a wonderful wedding!!

After the wedding, we went off to New York to get my Spousal Visa. It took 4 hours to get the visa, 2 1/2 hours standing in line with about 500 other people in a tiny, tiny room; about half an hour for the interview and approval; and an hour for the visa to be printed. Not a bit of trouble getting it, so that was good. We stayed with my brother and his family while we were there. They live in Pennsylvania. We stayed 2 days and got to see some places in Penn. Rich really liked it there :D

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

....And many many thanks to everyone for all the well-wishes :D I just thought I would pop on quickly and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and also let you all know that the wedding went off without any huge problems (gotta have a few small ones or else it wouldn't have been real, lol!) and I am now officially Mrs. Lynn!! Yay!! Also, Rich and I have been to New York and I have my UK visa in hand and ready to use when we return to the UK on Monday. I have to admit....I'm really going to miss things here in the US. Probably a lot more now because I've been back for a visit. But, it'll only be for a while and then we'll be moving back here permanently. So, I'll be back more regularly next week. Also, I'll be able to look for a job when I return to the UK!!!! I'm really really looking forward to that :D I can't wait to get back to doing something with myself, lol!! Anyway, when I get back, I'll be scanning all our wedding photos into an album in our MSN Community. In the meantime, I've scanned in a photo of us for you, so that you can all get a taste of the photos, lol!! Here it is:

Only 2 Days to Go!!!

Hello Everyone!!! I just wanted to let you know that we arrived in the US safely last Thursday! We're having a wonderful time :D We've been finalizing things for the wedding and we've been in Florida for the last couple of days spending time with my mom. We're on our way back to Georgia this morning. We'll have to get things completely ready in the next 2 days and then Saturday is WEDDING DAY!!! Yay!! LOL Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!!! Just a quick note to let you all know that Rich and I will be leaving early in the morning :) Around 6:00 am, UK time, we'll leave our house. We have about 23 hours of travel ahead of us, from the time we leave our house until we get to my mom's house, so I'm about to head to bed.
